The Ranch
Blue Dog Ranch is on the type of land land which was the inspiration for the Plein Air arts movement, on 18 acres of rolling hills, grasslands and oak trees, interspersed with (neighbors') vineyards and olive and almond orchards, cattle ranches and vegetable farms. Small town living still exists in California...
The video below is a quick look at the property when we first purchased it and began the yet ongoing projects of transforming it into a new home for us, the dogs, horses... and two once feral "barn cats, "Maggie" (now a lap sitting indoor/otdoor ranch cat and "Cali", our stone-cold outdoor rodent hunter.
Whether it is riding in the jumping arena or just out for a hack with friends and the Blue Dogs... It's all good
